Bachelor Party Destinations You Haven’t Thought About

Bachelor Party Destinations

Let’s face it, Las Vegas, Nashville, Miami, New Orleans, and New York City are played out and overdone for a bachelor party. You and your guys want to party somewhere you can afford without maxing out the credit cards or risking the deposit for the house. You want to have fun but not so much fun that the bachelor party results in the wedding not happening and you don’t want to compete with a ton of other groups of guys for space at the bar and entrance into clubs. Rather than do the typical bachelor party weekend getaway, check out these underrated bachelor party destinations.

Portland, Oregon

Bachelor Party Destinations

Portable is the best place to go for craft beer and strippers, which makes it a bachelor party destination you can’t miss. There are more exotic dance clubs per capita in Portland than any other major cities in the country, and there is a craft beer brewery or distillery on every block it seems. Add in the live music, amazing food trucks, and laid back vibes, and you have everything you need for a fantastic bachelor party without the crazy club environment.

Vail, Colorado

Bachelor Party Destinations

Denver and Aspen are the two most popular cities for tourists and bachelor parties so for a great outdoor guys weekend away check out Vail, Colorado at the base of Vail Mountain in White River National Forest. Vail Ski Resort is massive, and while staying in Vail, you can go whitewater rafting, horseback riding, hiking, rock climbing, go golfing at the Red Sky Ranch Golf Club, and a plethora of other outdoor activities including zip lining through the snowcapped mountains.

Hilton Head, South Carolina

Bachelor Party Destinations

If you want to enjoy a weekend of golfing on the most scenic golf courses in America, head to Hilton Head where you can golf oceanside at Palmetto Dunes. Hilton Head also features some of the best seafood on the coast and is just minutes from Savannah, Georgia. Book your stay at Montage Palmetto Bluffs which is a top of the line five-star resort and less than an hour from the golf courses. You can also charter a boat and go deep sea fishing, scuba diving, or even parasailing, water skiing, and hang gliding.

Austin, Texas

If you love music, you have to check out Austin Texas and the South by Southwest Music Festival or Austin City Limits. Even when there isn’t a festival filling the streets of downtown, there is live music every night and a super hip and busy line of bars along the 6th street where you can also find amazing curbside pizza, tacos, and food trucks.

Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri

If you want to rent a pontoon boat and party on a lake, drinking beer, swimming, and fishing for the weekend, head down to Party Cove at Lake of the Ozarks where you don’t have to worry about party violations on the water because that’s what the area is meant for. You can rent fishing boats or speed boats and stay in some of the most amazing cabins and Airbnb homes in the Midwest.

A bachelor party can be amazing anywhere, but for a quality event without hassle, try one of the best cities for a bachelor party we mentioned in our list.
