Caramel Apple Mimosas

Many people think of caramel apples as a fall treat, but in all honesty, it’s a great treat no matter the time of the year. This mimosa recipe takes the great nostalgic flavor of caramel and apples and mixes it into a mimosa. The end result is sweet and satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. caramel
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon sugar
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 8 oz. caramel vodka
  • 1 750-ml bottle champagne
  • Apple slices, for garnish

Directions:

Pour caramel into a shallow dish. Pour cinnamon sugar into a different shallow dish. Dip the rims of the 4 champagne flutes in the caramel and then in the cinnamon sugar until coated. Pour ¼ cup apple cider and 2 ounces caramel vodka in each of the flutes. Top each glass off with champagne and garnish with an apple slice. Serve and enjoy!
